Way Down Yonder Legacy Foundation, Inc., inspired by Way Down Yonder: New Orleans’ Finest Restaurant and Way Down Yonder Beignets & Coffee, is a nonprofit organization committed to uplifting communities through education, training, and cultural preservation. Rooted in more than a decade of culinary excellence and community impact, the Foundation expands the legacy of our family-owned brands by offering workforce development, entrepreneurial training, and culinary arts programs that create real economic opportunities.

Our mission is to honor and preserve the rich culinary traditions of New Orleans while equipping individuals and families with the skills, confidence, and resources to build lasting legacies. From Central Ohio to communities nationwide, we are working to inspire generational growth, empower emerging talent, and ensure that culture, opportunity, and community remain at the heart of everything we do.
